Hi, my credit card expiry needs to be updated but I'm locked out of my account. How do I update the expiry?

HI @Will1381 just unlock the account or reset password to get into the account first, then you can update the credit card
to unlock the account, open ticket with cs agent:
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Once you can log back into the account, go to Payment page, click Manage my card and the Replace this credit credit card to update the credit card info

@Will1381 Wait half an hour before retrying to login again. Make sure your browser cache/cookies are cleared and use incognito/privacy mode too.
If you've forgotten your password, then you need to request a password reset from customer support by submitting a ticket via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

you will need to open a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service person they will help you
