Unsubscribed Add on Data Usage

I've come upon an unusual issue with Mobile data being deducted from my 4GB data add on (non-expiring). I have plan data, a 1 GB Data add on (non-expiring) that has 173mb remaining, a 2GB monthly recurring add on and the 4GB add on that now has 3.99% data remaining. The 1GB is the oldest add on and the 4GB is the newest having been recently replaced after disappearing due to a glitch(?)

I have checked my usage history and the 0.01% (12.28mb) is reflected in my usage history between now and November 1st. Plan data aside one would think data usage should occur in the following order:

  • 2GB recurring monthly data
  • 1GB Data add on
  • 4GB Data add on

But all of this aside no data should be deducted as I have not been subscribed since late October. I will be contacting customer support to investigate but I thought I should put this out there for other customers to monitor their data usage on a regular basis subscribed or not if they have any of the old non-expiring data add ons.

Public Mobile still glitchy as.....? Lol!

Weirder still is there is reported data usage on days when the Sim card wasn't even in a phone.

yes, there seems to be some data usage issue.  A more common one these days is that people reported that the usage always have 100Mb over-deducted than it should.
