I unsubscribed from my plan on 1st January 2024 in the app. I logged in from Sydney, Australia and unsubscribed from a 3 month cycle and switched back over to my Australian esim. I was billed again on 17th January for another 3 month cycle despite having cancelled. I need this refunded. I have not had any luck with the chat or submitting a ticket, I keep getting an error. Can someone please contact me?
