Did you reply to the text with YES from (with old SIM or eSIM) your previous carrier? You have up to 90 minutes to reply or porting will not be completed.

hi @Dhruv32r did you activate with physical sim or eSIM?
Reboot the phone and try the physical sim and see if it connects. If eSIM, check sim manager and see if it already installed and just not enabled

I got problem in the last step of the process

When i was transferring the number all things i put in and also paid but at the end it showed activation unsuccessful and contact support , i was activating an e sim . I was transferring from koodo postpaid.

tell us more what the problem was. You got to the last step in the activation process and got the error ? or you put in sim card and does not work? or eSIM not installed?
