Unresolved issue - want a refund

I bought a subscription 2 days ago. After the app said everything completed successfully, I was unable to send or receive texts. Even 24 hours later the problem persisted. I tried to resolve the issue through the chat bot, but every solution it offered required me to sign in. Of course I was unable to sign in because without being able to receive texts, I could not receive the two factor verification code. I could not submit a support ticket or access the community support agents because I couldn’t sign in without being able to receive texts. Without the ability to contact an actual person, it was completely impossible to resolve the issue. So I switched back to my former carrier yesterday evening. As I only had a subscription for 24 hours, in which time I was unable to use it, I want and deserve a refund. I have no problem contacting CCTS about this if Public Mobile won’t make it right.

PM is prepaid provider and usually no refund 

But check with them yourself.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Thank you for your response. This information might have been helpful yesterday, but as I said I was unable to access this community because I couldn’t receive text messages in order to receive the verification to sign in. As I stated, because it was impossible for me to resolve the issue, I already switched back to my old carrier which is the only reason I’m able to access this community today. so efforts to resolve the technical issue I had yesterday are moot. The fact of the matter is, because I was unable to access support, I was unable to use the service and had no way of resolving this. Because I was unable to use the service I paid for, I want a refund. I would like to know how to get a refund review please.

you can make calls and receive calls?

if text is the only issue, it is a problem with device setup

make sure you remove old sim card, disable old esim.  Make sure PM sim is enabled and set with label Primary.  Try Reboot phone and Reset network settings

if you have an Android, uninstall and reinstall Google Message.  

if you have iPhone, remove phone number from Settings, My Phone number, reboot and renter the number

if you need further help, ask PM agent to refresh the account on the system.
