Yes, like any payment system, Autopay might fail

Make a manual payment. Login My Account and you should see the button Pay and Resume Services Now 

If the button is not there, pay using this link

Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment with the CC on file or pay with vouchers to restore service.

You can purchase vouchers from:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher 

Or you can login to your account and go to Subscription-Manage Subscription and enable Subscribe (AutoPay).
