Keep running out of minutes even though I have unlimited minutes. What is going on? This is not the first time this has happened either.

Yes I have a $35 plan and this has happened a couple of times.

Yes many customers have brought this up and can usually easily rectify it, although it is definitely inconvenient and frustrating. Is it only the 25 plan this happens to? It seems that way from what I have read, 35 and up doesn't seem to come across that.

HI @Idakilah if you have unlimited minutes ($25 plans or above), then no worry, it is just a PM glitch. It is a common one. Usually a phone reboot will be fine. Or make sure you dial with a 1 in front of the 10 digits. If you are using redial or from contact book, maybe try to manually press the 10 digits number (and with the 1 in front) and make the call that way

What happens to make you think you've run outta minutes ? What is the message you receive ? Log in to your account / Plan Detail to just make sure you actually have the $25 plan and not something cheaper.

Are you dialing with a 1 in front? Does the call go through anyway?
