Hi there, I've found an unknown charge on my credit card from PM for $16.95 for some reason.
The recent activity of mine was changing the plan, but I chose it to happen on the subscription renewal day.
I've also redeemed the points worth $15, maybe it turned into a problem?

When you go into your payment history, what does it say the charge is for?
If you redeemed $15 of points, you should see it under "available funds" and PM will take that off your monthly bill (before tax), and you should be charged the remainder to your card.

@EmaKato what day is your plan supposed to renew (and subsequently change)? and what date were you billed of the $16.95? Have you tried going into your Public Mobile account (app or website) and looked at the payment history to see if there is more info?
