With the plan Canada and United States at 60 

Dollars will I be able to call USA to Canada and Canada to USA

All plans PM plans $50+ with unlimited calling to USA and Canada are calling from Canada.

Callings from USA to Canada will need Roaming Add-ons…there are no Telus cell towers in USA so calls with connect to AT&T or T-mobile towers hence the additional roaming fees.

Are you asking about current in market plans? Or the $60 Canada/US Roaming plan offered in mid summer/fall in 2019? If it's the latter yes...if it's the former then no.

@Roger414 all  alls must be originated from Canada.   So, you cannot make calls from US to Canada.  You need a roaming add-ons  to do that

@Roger414 This plan is only good whilst you are in Canada.

If you are in USA there are Roaming addons to purchase for 10 days usage by calling 611 or through self serve.
