Unable to view my profile

Hi. When I log in to my account I only have the option of seeing the “my account” tab… there is no option for plans and devices or “my profile” etc. any idea why not?

Are you on mobile or non? If on mobile do you tap the little down arrow to the right of My Account?

Log out and log back in using incognito/rpivate browsing mode. The way that Plans & Add-ons, Payments, Rewards, and Profile sounds to possibly be a display issue cause by a corrupt browser cache.

Mine works

Look like a local browser problem.  Try to use Incognio mode (or Private mode on Safari) or try uisng a different browser.
