I lost my SIM card and I’ve got the new one when I enter till step 2 it asked me for my phone number I entered mine but it says invalid phone number that’s not correct I have this phone number for three years I can’t pass this level to finish with SIM card and I don’t want to change my phone number
There is no customer service number for public mobile it is so so annoying

hi @Kobraandid1 sounds like you went to wrong place to change sim. did you go to https://activate.publicmobile.ca ?
you need login to My Account to make sim card change. And remember to use a computer to so it (using phone to submit change sim won't work)
So, use a computer to login My Account, go to Profile tab and change sim card there

@Kobraandid1 , I believe SIM card change is a single step in the self serve account. Are you trying to activate the new SIM card into a new account? That is not necessary. Please login to your existing self serve account using incognito mode on a computer and initiate a SIM card change.
