Hi. When I log in to my account I only have the option of seeing the “my account” tab… there is no option for plans and devices or “my profile” etc. any idea why not?

Hi, can anyone tell me why under my detailed usage the texts all show as outgoing to 474663?  It does not show any incoming, and no other numbers. Even with iMessage logged out.
