We changed providers for our home wifi etc and now my wife can't sign into her Public Mobile account since she has no access to her old email address. She is trying to change her plan, and has been for a couple of months.

She doesn’t need an email address to login. Usually the 2FA is sent by text.
Also suggest you setup an email address independent of your internet provider such as gmail, yahoo, iCloud etc.

@Cecm, can your wife access her Public Mobile app on her phone? If so, she can go to the Account tab and then select Manage Login and update her email address there

you can still use the same email address to login, and send the 2FA to phone, try it
if you cannot login still, ask PM to update the email. Since you cannot login, you won't be able to use Chatbot to open ticket, message PM here
