I can't login to my account on the mobile app as it just sends me back to the login page after I sign in with the correct stuff.
This is just recently after purchasing a plan so I can't set up the account at all.

@JulesGravestock if you are on Android, try to go to the app settings to clear data and try login again. You should also try to clear te browser cache of the default browser on the device as PM app uses the default browser for loign
if that does not help (or you are using iPhone) , uninstall, reboot and reinstall the app
