I paid for my new subscription afyer selecting eSim. After I was told to continue I was told my phone is not eSim compatible.
I can't get back to the option to select a free Sim card to be delivered to my home.
When I ask for help from customer service it keeps looping me to sign into the app over and over again without helping me.
It won't even let me unsubscribe!
Any help would be appreciated.
