How do ii get a refund or physical sim card.  I entered my ime number in your site and said it was compatible with my s20. I down loaded the app to set it up now its saying my phone is not compatible.  I like to get s refund or a physical sim card

ok, then ask PM to change the sim on your account to physical with the sim card number you have. 

since you cannot login, you cannot open ticket with Chatbot, so, message PM here

I can't log in as it's asking to activate my esim which I don't have. I can't get pass that screen

yes, you can.  it is easy to change phone with physical sim card

Hi. I received my physial sim card today?  I don't have the phone I want to set up as the main phone for my son. can I set up his account on a older phone and just switch his card to this phone when he gets here

If you already created an account. You can login to your account on the PM app and go to the Account tab>Change SIM card when the SIM arrives.

If you haven’t created an account (or activated with eSIM) on the PM app.

You will need to start from scratch on the PM app when the SIM arrives.

If you already created an account and it indicates that the iPhone 8 is not compatible with eSIM then contact a CS_Agent and tell them you got the eSIM by mistake and need a SIM.

thanks. i ordered a physical card for now. I did check to see if I could switch but I don't see SIM Card Manager in the connection settinfs

The Samsung S20 comes in two options:

a SIM and eSIM or a dual hybrid eSIM.

Go to Settings>Connections>SIM manager>Add eSIM.

If your phone doesn’t have this setting then it is not eSIM compatible.

Contact a CS_Agent to see what option they can offer for the SIM.

@JaxonProle   Either go to a Telus/Koodo store that carries PM sims (call ahead for stock) or you can get one from Amazon faster an cheaper than ordering it direct from Public Mobile.  If you want to make sure that customer service will credit you for the cost, submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work for you then send them a private message using this link
