I transferred from other provider, and all things done (e.g. reply 'YES' etc.). All other functions work well (incoming/outgoing calls, data etc.), but I CANNOT receive ANY SMS. I tried all suggestions but still doesn't work. Please help me to check what happens from the backend. It's quite important for me to receive sms. Thanks!

hi @lh_0xc9
ok, that might be the issue. It is an iPhone issue and you need to wait for the re-registration. Some reported that it could take long. I suggest you to try again in an hour or so and just let it wait

Hi, @Handy1 . Thanks for your suggestion, I've tried rebooting and resetting it a couple of times, but still not working. I am using eSIM, so I guess it's a bit hard to test it with another phone. Thanks for pointing out the way to create a ticket. I'll create one.

@lh_0xc9 Try rebooting the device or reset network settings if you haven’t already. . Also is it possible to test the SIM card in another phone to test ? If still same issue ask support to refresh your account

hi @lh_0xc9
android or iPhone?
if iPhone, go to iMessage settings, remove phone number and reboot. Then put the phone number back .
if Android, download Google Message and try (if already using Google Message, uninstall it and reinstall)
