I have been able to receive messages from people on the Telus network but I'm unable to receive text messages from Rogers customers. Please help my children are with Rogers and I need to communicate with them.

Is it everyone on Rogers or just your children?
I had one person who went straight to Rogers VM when they called. This is after I posted.
Turns out the issue was on the Rogers side.

Could it be that the Rogers account hasn't been cancelled properly? Maybe try calling and cancelling if it is still active?

Not that I know of as that is one of the ideas I put up in the Lab for suggestions is to have a spot on the main page that shows what mods are currently online

Yes, I came from Rogers, I understand that, I was hoping to find one that was online. Is there an easier way to determine this?

Did you come from Rogers? I see you already tagged everyone so they have the message, and I understand it is urgent but by tagging everyone it won't speed it up is now just puts 5 more requests in as they all have access to the tags that come in.
I hope they can get to your issue soon but there is a back log and some of those people have no service at all
