I’ve had a SIM card with public mobile for a few month but have just stared to use it. I’m able to make called with the SIM card, but all incoming calls automatically go to voice mail. How can I fix this?

Does your old SIM still work?
If it does then porting wasn’t completed because you need to reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM within the 90 minute window.

and was the phone used with another sim card before? Try to Reset All networks first

It isn’t, a different sim card works perfectly.

check in settings to make sure you haven't enabled Do Not Disturb.

@John56738- did you port in (transfer) your number from another carrier?
