@CS_Agent downloading receipts older than 180 days

Hi, I need to access my receipts for all of 2022.  Unfortunately, i can't download ones that are older than 180 days.  PLEASE HELP!! thanks

@JL613 You can go back 12 months yourself.  Go to payments, payment history link and change the filter.  You can select back to Jun 2022 to get receipts for Jun - Dec 2022.  For Jan -May 2022 you'll need to contact CS Agent and ask them if they can provide those to you.

hi @JL613 yes, download is here but not too old the receipt

please submit ticket with agent at:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@JL613    Did you select 12 months filter option?  It's available as I tested it a little while ago.  Use incognito/private mode on browser first too.
