Hi, I need to access my receipts for all of 2022. Unfortunately, i can't download ones that are older than 180 days. PLEASE HELP!! thanks

@JL613 You can go back 12 months yourself. Go to payments, payment history link and change the filter. You can select back to Jun 2022 to get receipts for Jun - Dec 2022. For Jan -May 2022 you'll need to contact CS Agent and ask them if they can provide those to you.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

@JL613 Did you select 12 months filter option? It's available as I tested it a little while ago. Use incognito/private mode on browser first too.
