Download Receipt

Hi,

My renewal date is on April 20/24. Normally I can print the Download Receipt for my monthly records the day after my renewal date.

But to date, the Download Receipt hyperlink is not showing on the website or the app.

Anyone having the same issue?

Probably related to the Points Rewards switchover?

Nope it didn’t show up.

I see March receipt but not April but it show available $10 funds for my rewards that wasn’t deducted on April’s bill.

i can download without any problem.  Tried on browser

don't think it has anything related with rewards switch, it is not here yet
