Unable to receive calls

I’ve had a SIM card with public mobile for a few month but have just stared to use it. I’m able to make called with the SIM card, but all incoming calls automatically go to voice mail. How can I fix this?

Yes, but it was my old number, and the forwarding was done a few months ago.

It isn’t, a different sim card works perfectly.
