Ported my number to Public Mobile Sept 9. Discovered I cannot send/receive Text or receive incoming calls.
Am able to access internet, email, and can make calls.
Possible to have my services refreshed / re-initialized?

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on if your replied to the text from your previous carrier with the old SIM in the phone.
If you didn’t reply then you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you.

you cannot even send text out? are you using iPhone? If you are on iPhone, go to iMessage/Facetime, delete the phone number there, reboot and then add the number back again and test

@Numberz655 There’s a number for live support that can re trigger the port request for you will send it to you private message and get it fixed and be sure to leave old providers sim card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port

Did you leave your old sim in a phone to confirm the transfer from the old provider?
