Unable to receive calls and SMS after porting number to Public Mobile

Ported my number to Public Mobile Sept 9. Discovered I cannot send/receive Text or receive incoming calls.Am able to access internet, email, and can make calls.Possible to have my services refreshed / re-initialized?
