I completed all steps of activation and my credit card was charged twice the same amount and I don't have services. It prompted "Services on hold". My attempts to contact someone to help ended with Error prompted

works ok? so you can make and receive calls and text? and data works?  

If you can call in and out and real sms text in and out and browse web pages on cell data (not wifi) then it seems you're good to go. Don't worry about how the account looks. You could use incognito with the browser and see if it shows any different.

you submitted ticket yet?

and try to put the sim in the phone, does it connect ?  Try to click Reset All networks and check if it connects again

are you trying to activate with physical or esim?

if physical sim, did you try to put the sim in a phone and test it?
