Attempting to activate my new subscription plan

I signed up for a subscription plan last night and have paid for the first month. When i try to activate my account through the Public Mobile app I cannot get past the Eversafe. The code sent to confirm my identity fails to work (says code incorrect) everytime I ask for a code

so you didn't get to Step 6 at all?

is the EverSafe trying to send the code to your email? try to uninstall the app and reinstall and try again

if that not working, Please submit a ticket with CS agent:

@Jessie_H  You can also try uninstalling the app and re install it see if that helps . If still no luck please use this direct link to support to help you gain access to your account

In the browser that is set as your default browser (may not be the browser you use) clear cache and cookies. If that browser has some privacy controls set then maybe change your default browser to a more open browser.
