I gave the wrong MEID number on my new phone and recieved a message that Public Mobile is unable to transfer my number. How do I send the correct MEID number?
I signed up for a subscription plan last night and have paid for the first month. When i try to activate my account through the Public Mobile app I cannot get past the Eversafe. The code sent to confirm my identity fails to work (says code incorrect)...
