I gave the wrong MEID number on my new phone and recieved a message that Public Mobile is unable to transfer my number. How do I send the correct MEID number?

The text message that Public Mobile sends customers contains inaccurate information. If you look for an ESN or MEID on the device or the device's packaigng, you won't find one as those haven't been used for years. It's the IMEI that can be used for number porting. If at all possible, the account number for the old carrier should be used instead.
You'll ned to open a ticket to contact a customer support agent (via the chatbot).

If the chatbot returns an error mesage during that process, end private message to CS_Agent.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
