Are you looking for the SIM's PUK code just as the first poster was asking about?  If so, please use the instructions provided earlier.

I have been using this sim for quite a while it’s a PM sim ….and it’s asking for PUK code not pin …so I private messages CS_agent Soo fingers crossed thank for the reply 👊

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places

If it is a Samsung and if the message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." , 
      call  Samsung 1-800-726-7864 for a master unlock code.
      The only info you will need to provide is the IMEI and where the phone was purchased|

If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM  Card, SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing  "Locked SIM"

          You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.

@Meand- Which puk? What is the exact message the phone is giving you?

If you're getting "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." on a Samsung phone then you can call Samsung at 1-800-726-7864 and they will give you a code to unlock it. They'll want the IMEI of the phone in question.

If any of "SIM network unlock PIN", "SIM ME lock code NP", "SIM not Supported", "SIM locked", "Network Unlock Code", "SIM PUK code", "Network Control Key", "Master Unlock Code", "Network PIN" means that the phone is locked to a previous provider. You'll need to contact them to unlock the phone.

If any of "PIN unlock key (PUK)", "Enter PUK Your SIM cannot be accessed", "Locked SIM" then that can be helped by contacting support https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

was the phone ever used on PM network before?

if it never used on PM network before, it likely NOT a sim pin you are looking for , but the carrier unlock PUK, which PM support cannot provide you

but if that does not work, open ticket as advised above

if it is phone unlock PIN, Apple or Google service might be able to help
