Unable to receive any call and message except telus

Hi 

As subject said, I can’t receive any call and message except telus number. I changed to public one month ago, and signed a new account and transferred my number from virgin to public. 

Please help me solve this issue .

@Quantou99: If it's ported a while back you might have an issue on the public mobile side so please contact the service agent and tell this issue as well so that they can first have a look at your account and if the porting has completed; https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
