I am speaking on behalf of a new Public mobile member.
I was trying to activate my SIM transferring from Koodoo.
I was on 5G instead of wifi however, activation failed and i could not restart the process.
I did not put the Public SIM card before the transfer process.
How do i try to start activation again?

at this port , it is likely a problem with activation and not a problem with porting, not yet.
Please submit ticket with PM agent as advised above

did you got the Activation failure at Step 6? Logoff the app, and wait 15 minutes first. Try to login again with email address and password and see if the app can send you the code via email and confirm full access from there
If issues persists, please open ticket with PM support

@dooba7 Is the Koodo account pre paid like public mobile or post paid ? If pre paid you need to create account on the app not website . Only app will work and pick a temp public mobile phone number and you have to get support to transfer the number for you
