I missed to approve the SMS of transferring number to Public. But the customer service of Public is not replying and not able to port the request again. What should I do?

Fun: Public said they request the port request, while Fido said they have not received any new port request. And I just got a SMS from public:
Hey, it's Public Mobile. We're having trouble transferring your number. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or the alternate number provided. You can also get in touch via our virtual assistant at: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/xYpc_I
BUT no one reach to me. OMG

You'll need to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent. Please send a private message to them.
