I've been with Public Mobile for about 6 months now. I changed my plan to the US/Canada plan and since then I can't access my online account. My phone works fine.
I've updated my password, but when I log in it takes me to the activation page. I'm not really sure what's going on.

Wait an hour first, try to use Incognito mode to request the password change and change the password. Wait anther 5 mins and login with the new password using incognito mode
