I received an email and a text from Public in regards to my loyalty bonus data of 240gb but it seems to be missing all of a sudden.
Is there a specific reason for that?

any chance you changed plan to a lower value?
it said on the FAQ that the special 150 days bonus will be gone if you change to a lower value plan

Will I lose my special bonus data if I switch plans?
The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.
