How do I activate the 10gb of bonus data? Seems to be something missing. Thank you

You haven't missed any steps. After you enter the verification code, there won't be an immediate response, but the 10 GB will be added to your account shortly.

you will need to enter the code yourself

Go to My Account -> Subscription & Add-on , enter PMDATA10 in the box "New Promotional Code"

or on the PM app, go to Payment -> Redeem Promo Code, and enter PMDATA10 there

(of course, your plan has to be $24 and above)
