Unable to enter credit card information to buy esim

I cannot click the credit card number box when trying to buy an esim. I have tried on multiple different browsers with the same result.

you cannot use browser to buy eSIM. 

to buy eSIM, you need to use the app.  Please download PM app on your phone, login and go to Subscription & addon, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop new sim card

If you have tried many different browsers cleared the cache  and still not working the please send a message to the below and ask for assistance.
