Esim activation did not go through and I was instructed to contact public mobile. Unfortunately, my other account has been terminated so Now I have no service.

@Julie08 - call -855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device and see if your account was created, or log into My Account to confirm the status is ACTIVE.
If an account cannot be found then submit a ticket to Customer Support (CSA) to help.
Connecting with Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) - go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.
You say, your old provider's account has no service? Did you cancel it? You need to let the porting process take place (and not cancel your old account), and this will automatically cancel your old account. If you replied YES, than this is what should have happened.

If your old service was cancelled AFTER the porting to the eSIM then the porting was completed. But if you cancelled your account with old carrier BEFORE porting then you will need to pick a new number.
Go to your registered email and look for the welcome to PM email and scan the QR code with your phone. If you didn’t get the email then contact a CS_Agent by private messaging for further assistance with the porting at:
