Unable to call a clinic in the US, even with US min Add-on

I have been trying to call a clinic in the U.S. starting with 1-844... and have been unable to. I already purchased my additional $1000 US minutes add-on and restarted my phone. It still won't let me call.. I keep getting the message "the number you have dialed is not available in your area at this time".

Go to their website to get their local calling contact number or google it.

@zahraalvi  trying using VoIP app like TextNow  to see if it works.

You could try a non-toll free number.  Also try using a WiFi app like Signal, Fongo, or Skype.

 @zahraalvi : That clinic has decided to limit their geographic calling area. Those that subscribe to toll free services can choose how far to reach.

You'll need to find a proper number and use those 1000 minutes.
