I signed up for a basic service but have not begun service yet. I am paying each month, but the sim card was not used once.
I am trying to now log-in to cancel the service, and it is telling me to confirm access by entering a code, which is being sent to a phone number I do not recognize. I cannot circumvent this login (no "other method, code not sent etc."
Is the only way to cancel this recurring subscription linked to my e-mail address stop payment?

since you have not fully activated you service u3tz you will need support to help to cancel
