Unable to Log into my account to pay my bill.

Cant log in, its prompting me to continue my registration and add my phone number. I completed this in August and have had no issues till this morning 

Help Please

This is an added security to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

If you haven’t created an Eversafe ID then click on Sign Up before login to your account but use your registered email and password. If one was create, it will show as already existing.

it looks like the Eversafe login cannot find your My Account.  No worries, we saw that happened and it can be fixed

Please submit ticket with CS agent by messaging here

@arob_19 - try the Forgot your email or password or option:

If still issues try a tab in incognito mode, sometimes this helps with finicky things.

If issue continue, connect with Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) - go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

If you have completed the Eversafe credentials steps and are still getting the issue, I would suggest clearing your cache and/or using an incognito web browser
