can't log in to my account

i can't log into my account to pay my bill. everytimie i try it says that ive had multiple login attempts and to try back in an hour...ive tried resetting my password and the same outcome..

did you try on both browser and app?

I suggest you to wait another day and try again

  1. using the browser with Incognito mode
  2. Try again using the app. But if you have already installed the app, uninstall , reboot and reinstall.
