US talk and text not working

I purchased US talk and text but it is not working. I tried turning the phone off and on. I tried changing network providers from T Mobile to AT&T. Data is turned on. Still not working. I bought this add-on 2 months ago for a trip to Florida and it worked fine. I’m now in California and it’s not working. Please help!

@SMano  If your phone is set to 5G change it to 4G/LTE, especially if you are on AT&T.  If your phone is non-VoLTE then you would need to use instead T-Mobile's 2G network since there is no longer any 3G in the USA.

Yes I have the correct add-ons. Tried to make calls but nothing connected.

That's crucial for it to work.
