I have been on a PM plan for 7 years. My debit card expired so it was unable to renew my plan yesterday. When I noticed today I purchased a PM Voucher and applied it to my account, but it's still not renewing my plan. When I try to do so online it's promoting me to create a new account. How do I renew? I don't want to lose my number @CS_Agent

@FrancaNikky did you check payment history and see if PM took the voucher. Make sure you used Incognito mode to avoid cache problem
Also, check the available funds and see if the money just stuck there and not used. If so, and if you plan is available at Change Subscription page, try a Change Now request with the same plan you have
if the trick didn't work, you have to open a proper ticket with PM support rather than just tag them here

@FrancaNikky Some vouchers take 24 hours after purchased to be used ? Are the funds sitting in available funds ? You may need to make manual payment in the account . If you can’t log in get support to help if still no luck
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
