I registered for the us roaming package and used 75% of it the first day. It’s a ten day package, does it reset daily or do I have to add more funds each day. Thanks

Definitely a lot more affordable options if you need data in the US locally and even calls with voip and wifi

If you used that much data already then you should purchase the US Roaming data add on with 500mb or 1gb as they offer better value and you can purchase a different add on yourself. As long as the option is available for purchase in your self serve account then you are good to go. The issue you can encounter is if you purchase two add ons with a talk feature then that creates a dropped calls issue.

You have 250gb of data to use over your 240 hrs whilst in US. If you reach 250gb on day 1...it's finished. Someone above me suggested you consider getting a prepaid US data plan for your use...good suggestion.

I guess what I’m wondering is will it reset back to 0% tomorrow or is it 250gb for the entire 10 days. Thanks

@Angmorton   You cannot buy before the 10 days expire. In fact, you need to wait one more day after it expire.

 

but no problem, if you need more, wait till it is all used up, open a ticket with PM Support and they can manually buy for you (put enough money there ahead)

 

however, my suggestion to you is to look for local US prepaid data instead.  It gives you more data and cheaper!!!  think about it

 

To open ticket with PM Support

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: Click on the bubble on the lower right or https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

@Angmorton  - you could try it, but, normally you cannot purchase the same US roaming package you purchased within 240 hours of purchasing it, with out CSA's help.

 

So you can purchase the same one by submitting a ticket with CSA to have it added for you.

OR, you can purchase a different US Roaming addon in the options to buy. But I would wait until you are nearly out of this one, unless you are not in the USA much longer.
