I have bought US roaming 1GB add on and 200 minutes, 10 minutes ago, but still can't use any of them. how do I fix it?

@nstarakki, as @hairbag1 has noted, you have incorrectly purchased both add-ons.
You bought:
200 min Long distance add on for $8 -- this only works for calling Canada and the USA while you are physically in Canada.
1 GB data add-on for $30 -- this only provides data while you're physically in Canada
You should have bought:
US Roaming Talk add-on for $8 -- this provides you unlimited talk for a period of up to 10 days, while you are physically in the USA
US Roaming Data 1GB for $20 -- this provides you up to 1GB of data to be used for a period of up to 10 days, while you are physically in the USA
If you need to get going quickly, I would suggest you bite the bullet and purchase these additional 2 add-ons, which will work right away. Then, send a private message to the moderator team explaining the mistake you made and see if they can credit you the $38 you spent incorrectly, as Available Funds credit on your PM account which can be used toward your next renewal and so-on. That's not roaming you have there...with that plan you have 200 minutes of calling to all of Canada and USA...from Canada. If you want to use the cell phone whilst in USA, you need to go back and get the US Roaming Add-on for 10days. It's in the Add-on section.
