US roaming add on purchased but not showing on account and not working

I have purchased US talk and text (no data) add on purchased with 10 reward points 3 days ago. I have also received a confirmation email that 10 points had been deducted and the add on was purchased. However, even after 3 days later, I still can't see that add-on in my account. Moreover I'm in the US, my calls to any US numbers isn't working. I also selected T-Mobile from my settings as a provider, but still the issue remains. I'm in North Carolina and I've travelled from Ontario to here by road.

are you able to send / rec messages whilst in USA ? Make sure your cellphone is a volte enabled cell on the Public Mobile whitelist...otherwise your calls won't complete as the US has shut down their 3g for calling in USA.
