@LandATownsend Set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile AT&T or Verizon

Which phone do you have? Does it have VoLTE and is it white listed by Public Mobile as phone that can be used on their service? If so, go into the network settings and turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile. Then make sure data roaming is also turned on. Then reboot the phone.

you must have a volte enabled phone that's on PM whitelist...what cellphone you using ?

make sure you're connecting to either T-Mobile or AT&T..whichever is best for you.
