Earlier this week I posted in this forum as my $15 plan was not working in U.S. I finally got the phones Volte settings to work. In between tho I asked for refund. I never gave the agent my phone number or last 4 digits of credit card so I doubt refu...

I put  $15 US plan on phone (this morning) for $15, but I don't need text I need phone calls. Can I get it cancelled so I can pick the phone call option?

I put a US roaming plan on my account and I cannot make or receive phone calls. In Tuscon.
