purchased US Roaming 2 days ago and have yet to have it work. I didn't even check if it worked until I was semi-lost in a new city. What can I do? I messaged mods, my roaming is ON.

So you've paid for the roaming...now go back and purchase the actual package you've paid for.

Log into My Account...do you see $$ in Available Funds ? If so, you've likely paid for the Roaming package but now you'll need to go back and actually select it.
Just to confirm...you did want the 10 Day US Roaming plan ..right ?
You may have to manually select ATT or T mobile to get things aworking.

It is a two step process - you need to add it then purchase.

@oilpaint In your data and add on section does it show up? some people put money in account but dont complete second step

Not much can be done now. By the time you hear back from mods the ten days will be up.
