I just bought the US Roaming TalkText bundle ($15) for my wife
I also bought the TalkTextData bundle ($20) for myself.
She has no indication that it has been bought, I show US Roaming Data 0/250MB used. No indication of TalkText.
Yes - I added funds before purchase, we both still have available funds left in our respective accounts and I did notice that the funds went down by the appropriate amount after each purchase.
So, the fact that there is no indication that you have purchased the talk&text bundle, and possibly talk only and/or text only, I see as an oversight in the overview profile. Maybe this gets updated in a few hours, I just purchased. But I can certainly see how some could become confused and there should be some indication as to how many days you have left.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Only counted items show up there. The roaming talk/text is unlimited so they show up under Plan Details.
I will partially agree with this statement. My beef is more with PM, not you. US Roaming add-on do have a count of sort, 10 days and counting. I will also add that those who signed up for various promos that are $10 off for X number of months, also see this countdown on the overview page showing what cycle or how many months are remaining that they get the credit.
That's a good suggestion. Some indication of when the add-on will expire rather than having to keep track of it yourself.
I'm not wrong though 🙂

@smp99 while I don't disagree that it would be lovely to see your days count down on the Overview page for all the 10-day US Roaming add-ons, I find it highly, highly unlikely to be changed to do that. And honestly, if PM wants to spend any money on Overview page changes, they'd be better to spend it making sure that plan data buckets don't disappear once used up, as this has been a consistent and frequent source of confusion seen in the community. It should show as X/X used (where X is your plan data amount) until renewal. This would be so much easier for people to understand.

@smp99 A reminder in case you are unaware the US roaming add ons now run on a 24 hour clock. So if your purchased it at 11:15 am et on February 24th it will expire 240 hours later (10×24 hours) it will expire at 11:15 am et March 5th. It is not confirmed whether you can purchase another add on possibly 12 hrs later or after midnight et the next day.

And THIS is why this community works

@smp99 The purchase shows in your payment history with the roaming add on listed beside the appropriate debit from your balance? Take a couple screenshots for your records in case you need them to show the moderators if necessary.

Thanks
I do see it there under Plans and Add-ons.
Confusing since other add-ons are listed on Overview page

Check in her self serve account under data and add-ons.

It is confusing. Look under Plan Details.
